Wed. Jan, 12th

Today was our town meeting and it was a great one for us!  Lots of us got awards & necklaces for getting scholastic reading points (yayyyyeee!!), we had 3 readers who wowed us with their writing about Martin Luther King, and we all sang a song about MLK in front of the whole school! What a fun day!

In reading we read a MLK poem and wrote our own acrostic poem about MLK. We also read the "big words" (freedom, love, respect, etc.) wrote about their meanings.
In math we did more comparisons (subtraction) and reviewed arrays.
